As the trend toward working from home accelerates, there’s mounting evidence
that employees prefer it. A survey of more than 3,000 employees who worked at home during the early part of the pandemic at companies such as Amazon, Google, JPMorgan, and several others, revealed that 64%
wanted to continue working from home. In fact, the majority of survey respondents chose working from home over a $30,000 per year raise.
